Graduating with an Electrical Engineering degree from West Point, Bruce has led Northlake Developers to becoming one of the most innovative property development companies in the Lake Norman area. The company takes a fully integrated approach to our development projects, from land acquisition to clearing and design/build. Unlike most developers, we fund our projects in-house, and typically complete construction of our custom homes before offering them for sale.

Graduating from Kiev's finest art school, Olesia is well versed in all facets of the industry. Olesia has made a name for herself with spacious designs and has been instrumental in finding new land acquisitions to expand our database of projects. Along with her dedication to outreach projects, Olesia has proven to be a major contributor to the growth of Northlake Developers and a positive asset to the community.
Starting with a small scale development project in Central Asia, to design/build projects in support of the US Military and extensive equipment operations in the Middle East, we have expanded into residential and commercial development projects in the North Charlotte area. We provide everything from custom home building to design/build of commercial and industrial facilities, as well as land clearing and civil works. Along the way we are also building numerous "spec" homes around the Lake Norman area.
